Job summary

GCB AGENCY RECRUITMENT is seeking an experienced Residential Surveyor to perform mortgage valuations and Level 2 surveys across a regional patch. The role offers remote working with a focus on accuracy and timely reporting.

Applicants should hold AssocRICS and have 2+ years post-qualified experience, with strong communication and organisational skills. A valid UK driving licence is required as travel within the patch is expected.

Qualifications

• AssocRICS qualification at minimum.
• At least 2 years post-qualified experience.
• VRS experience.
• Experience carrying out mortgage valuations and Level 2 surveys.
• Strong written and verbal communication skills.
• Good organisational skills and ability to work independently.
• Full UK driving licence and access to your own vehicle.

Responsibilities

• Carry out mortgage valuation surveys across your regional patch.
• Complete Level 2 residential surveys.
• Provide accurate and professional residential surveying reports.
• Manage your own workload and diary on a remote basis.

Are you an experienced AssocRICS Residential Surveyor and looking for generous earning potential, excellent benefits and the flexibility of remote working?

We’re recruiting for a Residential Surveyor to join a highly successful and growing residential chartered surveying business, covering the Croydonarea.

This is an excellent opportunity for an experienced surveyor with a minimum AssocRICS qualification, looking to work remotely while carrying out mortgage valuation surveys and Level 2 surveys across an established regional patch.

The Role

As a Residential Surveyor, you will:

• Carry out mortgage valuation surveys across your regional patch
• Complete Level 2 residential surveys
• Provide accurate and professional residential surveying reports
• Manage your own workload and diary on a remote basis
• Deliver a high standard of service to clients and stakeholders
• Use leading surveying software for efficient report writing
• Maintain strong communication with clients and relevant parties

Residential Surveyor requirements:

• Minimum AssocRICS qualification
