Job summary

GCB Recruitment is seeking an experienced Residential Surveyor to join a respected surveying practice serving Bath and surrounding areas. The role offers flexible full-time or part-time hours with remote working options and a fixed local patch, minimizing travel while maintaining a high standard of survey work.

You will carry out residential valuation reports and surveys, produce professional reports with market-leading software, and maintain excellent client communication.

Qualifications

• Experience in residential surveying and valuation reports.
• Excellent customer service and communication skills.
• Ability to work independently with a managed workload and a valid UK driving licence.

Responsibilities

• Carry out residential valuation reports and private home surveys (Level 1 and Level 2).
• Produce accurate and professional survey reports using market-leading technology.
• Deliver exceptional customer service throughout the surveying process.
• Meet personal income and productivity targets.
• Attend and contribute to regional meetings and team initiatives.

Residential Surveyor Requirements

• Experience working as a Residential Surveyor
• AssocRICS qualification or higher preferred
• Strong understanding of residential surveys and valuation reports
• Excellent customer service and communication skills
• Ability to work independently and manage your own workload effectively
• Full UK driving licence and access to your own vehicle
• Comfortable working within a fast-paced and professional environment
