Job summary

GCB Recruitment is seeking an experienced Residential Surveyor for a role offering strong earning potential and flexible remote working. The position involves Level 2/3 surveys, Red Book valuations, and bespoke building surveys across residential and commercial sectors.

Minimum AssocRICS qualification or higher and Registered Valuer status are essential, with a proven surveying track record and excellent client communication.

Responsibilities

• Conduct Level 2 Surveys and Level 3 Surveys (training available).
• Perform Red Book Valuations and Bespoke Building Surveys.
• Manage Private and Panel work with accuracy and timeliness.
• Coordinate with central hub on appointments and deadlines.
• Maintain strong client relationships to ensure work is delivered on time.

Residential Surveyor AssocRICS+ Remote Working Upto £90K OTE 10% Commission Full-Time or Part-Time

The Role

As a Residential Surveyor, you will:

• Level 2 Surveys
• Level 3 Surveys (Our clients are happy to train if necessary)
• Red Book Valuations
• Bespoke Building Surveys
• Private and Panel work
• Liaising with the centralised hub regarding appointments
• Maintaining relationships with clients to ensure work is carried out to deadlines

Residential Surveyor Requirements

• Minimum AssocRICS qualified or higher
• Registered Valuer status essential
• Proven track record in residential surveying
• Strong attention to detail and report writing accuracy
• Excellent communication and client relationship skills
• Full UK driving licence
