Job summary

GCB Recruitment is seeking a Residential Surveyor with AssocRICS qualification for a flexible role offering strong earning potential across the UK. The role supports remote/hybrid working with a balanced workload and ongoing professional development.

You will undertake level 2 and level 3 surveys, Red Book valuations, bespoke building surveys, and private/panel work, while maintaining client relationships to meet deadlines. A UK driving licence is essential.

Qualifications

• AssocRICS qualification or higher required.
• Registered Valuer status essential.
• Proven track record in residential surveying.
• Strong attention to detail and report writing accuracy.
• Excellent communication and client relationship skills.
• Full UK driving licence required.

Responsibilities

• Conduct Level 2 Surveys and Level 3 Surveys (training available).
• Produce Red Book valuations and bespoke building surveys.
• Handle private and panel work.
• Liaise with centralised hub regarding appointments.
• Maintain relationships with clients to ensure deadlines are met.

Residential Surveyor AssocRICS+ Remote Working Upto £90K OTE 10% Commission Full-Time or Part-Time

The Role

As a Residential Surveyor, you will:

• Level 2 Surveys
• Level 3 Surveys (Our clients are happy to train if necessary)
• Red Book Valuations
• Bespoke Building Surveys
• Private and Panel work
• Liaising with the centralised hub regarding appointments
• Maintaining relationships with clients to ensure work is carried out to deadlines

Residential Surveyor Requirements

• Minimum AssocRICS qualified or higher
• Registered Valuer status essential
• Proven track record in residential surveying
• Strong attention to detail and report writing accuracy
• Excellent communication and client relationship skills
• Full UK driving licence
