Job summary

Compass Community is seeking a Bank Support Worker to join our children’s homes. You will work closely with children in care, help them build self-esteem, and support activities, hobbies and education, creating a warm, safe environment where they can thrive.

Previous experience isn’t essential; you’ll receive a full induction and ongoing training. Applicants must be 22 or older and hold a valid manual driving licence.

• Work closely with children and young people in care, putting them at the centre of everything you do and safeguarding them.
