Job summary

St Monica Trust is seeking a hands-on Manager to deliver concierge, porter and housekeeping services across our village(s). You will drive resident satisfaction by acting on feedback, manage Porter/Concierge and Housekeeping teams, and ensure safety compliance.

The role requires strong communication, line management and budget awareness, with close collaboration across teams and external partners. Experience in similar management roles, knowledge of risk assessments, and familiarity with IT

Qualifications

• Experience in a similar management role.
• Experience and knowledge of porter and housekeeping functions.
• Experience creating and reviewing risk assessments.
• Budget management in relation to stock and supplies.
• Understanding of the needs of older people.
• Confident with Word, Excel, Outlook and other IT systems.

Responsibilities

• Deliver concierge, porter and housekeeping services meeting safety, security and domestic needs for residents.
• Improve resident experience by acting on feedback and supporting Village Manager and other managers.
• Line manage Porter/Concierge and Housekeeping teams; allocate work.
• Ensure health and safety compliance; review risk assessments and COSHH sheets.
• Liaise with other teams and external partners as service area expert.
