St Monica Trust is seeking a Village Engagement Coordinator to work with residents, co-create a varied programme of events, activities and wellbeing initiatives, and foster an inclusive community where people feel valued and connected.

You will build partnerships with local organisations and providers, design engaging activities, manage budgets, and use feedback to continuously improve the resident experience across care home villages in the UK.

Formación

• Experience working within communities, neighbourhoods or customer-facing environments.
• Experience organising events, activities or engagement programmes
• Strong interpersonal skills with the ability to engage a wide variety of stakeholders
• Excellent written communication skills
• Strong organisational and planning skills with the ability to prioritise effectively
• Budget management and financial administration experience
• Understanding of equality, diversity and inclusion
• Knowledge of GDPR and information governance principles
• A genuine commitment to helping people live well and stay connected
