Job summary

Voyage Care Ltd is seeking an experienced Registered Service Manager to lead one of its established residential services for adults with learning and physical disabilities in Rotherham. The role requires delivering high-quality, person-centred support and密 maintaining strong relationships with families, healthcare professionals and local authorities.

You will oversee day-to-day management, ensure compliance and staff performance, and drive continuous improvement while maintaining Voyage Care's

Qualifications

• Experience in adult social care leadership.
• Ability to lead established teams and manage relationships with families and professionals.
• Willingness to work towards Level 5 Diploma in Leadership for Health and Social Care.

Responsibilities

• Lead, motivate and develop a team of support colleagues and senior staff.
• Create a positive, accountable and high-performing culture.
• Ensure person-centred support is embedded throughout the service.
• Monitor quality, compliance and regulatory requirements.
• Manage recruitment, retention and workforce development.
• Oversee service budgets and operational performance.
• Drive continuous improvement and engage with families, professionals and commissioners.
• Participate in on-call management rota as required.
