Job summary
Voyage Care in Southampton area is seeking a passionate and experienced Registered Service Manager to lead one of our specialist residential services. This role focuses on delivering high-quality, person-centred support for adults with learning disabilities, autism and related needs, under strong governance and regulatory oversight.
You will drive improvements, support a dedicated staff team, and work with families, professionals and commissioners to achieve outstanding outcomes.
Qualifications
- Minimum three years' experience as a Registered Manager in a regulated adult social care setting.
- Strong knowledge of CQC regulations, governance and compliance requirements.
- Proven track record developing teams and improving service quality.
Responsibilities
- Manage day-to-day running of the service.
- Lead, coach and develop the staff team.
- Drive quality, compliance and service improvement initiatives.
- Complete audits, action plans and regulatory reporting.
- Manage budgets and service performance.
- Ensure safe, person-centred support is delivered.
