Experienced Sales Negotiator / Senior Sales Negotiator - £18,500 to £24,500 Basic Salary (DOE) + Car Allowance + Uncapped Commission OTE: £35,000 - £50,000.

Baker and Chase are looking for an experienced Sales Negotiator to join our team and support our Managing Director grow our market share across Residential Sale. The successful applicant will need to have industry experience, proactive and committed to providing excellent service.

·Uncapped commission structure and strong OTE

·Continued opportunities for career progression and a clear route to promotion

·5-day week (Including Saturdays)

·Opportunity to gain Propertymark Level 2 & 3 Qualifications

·Working exclusively with mid-upper end properties

You will be responsible for:

·Developing an in-depth understanding of the local marketplace & increasing our market share

·Working closely with colleagues across all departments to identify and maximise new business opportunities

·Meeting and registering new applicants

·Organising & carrying out viewings and making sure our clients receive prompt feedback

·Maintaining regular contact with buyers and sellers

·Negotiating and agreeing offers

·Progression Sales

The successful candidate will have:

·Own car will be essential for this role (car allowance provided)

·Previous experience within a sales or lettings negotiator role

·Excellent organisational and prioritisation skills

·Impressive written and verbal communication skills

·A full and clean driving licence

·Working knowledge of Microsoft Office 365
