Location: Royston, Hertfordshire, England

£24k - 30k per year + Basic + OTE

Newstaff Employment Services is recruiting for a Trainee Sales Negotiator to join a successful Royston-based company.

This is a fantastic opportunity and an exciting first step for a self-motivated and confident individual to build a lucrative career in property sales. Full training is provided.

Must be a driver and have your own car.

The Person:

• Must be a confident, professional communicator with strong telephone skills.
• A self-motivated, results-driven attitude with a passion for exceeding targets.
• An understanding of the UK property market and a willingness to learn.
• Great organisational skills with a meticulous approach to managing leads.
• A team player who enjoys contributing to the branch’s overall success.

Duties:

• Contact potential sellers and homeowners on the phone to discuss their property requirements.
• Identify new business opportunities.
• Book property valuations.
• Provide general administrative support as required.

This is a Monday to Friday role. Some weekend cover may be required, in which case you will get a day off during the week.

Basic salary from £24,000 per annum + OTE up to £30,000 per annum.
