We are seeking an Estate Agent to join their expanding team. This is a fantastic opportunity for someone with at least 1-2 years’ experience in the property sector who is enthusiastic, self-motivated, and driven to progress in their career.

Role and Responsibilities:

• Supporting buyers and sellers through the sales process
• Managing your own pipeline
• Providing outstanding customer service
• Registering new buyers and sellers
• Conducting property viewings
• Negotiating offers and closing sales
• Generating market appraisals and new instructions
• Building strong client relationships for repeat business
• Liaising with solicitors and progressing sales

What They Are Looking For:

• 1–2 years’ experience within an estate agency
• Full UK driving licence and access to own vehicle
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills
• Knowledge of the local Farnborough and surrounding property market
• Proven sales or target-based success
• Professional and confident approach
• Highly organized with great attention to detail

Job Details:

• Salary: £18,000 - £30,000 (Dependent on experience) + Commission
• Hours: Full-time, 40 hours per week
