Job summary

Amida in Cheltenham is seeking a Property Transaction Manager to take ownership of residential property transactions from sale to completion. You will work closely with the CEO and Head of Sales, coordinating with solicitors, buyers, and vendors to keep matters moving smoothly and to deliver an exceptional client experience.

The role requires exceptional organisation, attention to detail, and the ability to work at pace.

Qualifications

• Excellent organisational and communication skills are essential.
• Strong attention to detail with the ability to manage multiple stakeholders.
• Able to liaise with solicitors, buyers and vendors throughout the process.
• Experience in conveyancing, property law, sales progression or residential property is beneficial.
• Comfortable working independently and taking ownership of processes.

Responsibilities

• Manage property transactions from agreed sale through to completion.
• Liaise with solicitors, conveyancers, lenders and clients throughout the process.
• Monitor progress and identify potential delays or issues early.
• Keep all parties informed with timely updates on the transaction.
• Review documentation and ensure required actions are completed.
