• Manage property purchases and sales from offer through to completion, liaising with solicitors, agents, brokers, buyers and sellers.
• Coordinate purchase funding with the accounts team to ensure finance is available when required.
• Monitor mortgage renewals, remortgages and refinancing, ensuring deadlines are met.
• Oversee refurbishment works and ensure properties are brought to a lettable standard promptly.
• Coordinate lettings readiness, marketing, move-in documentation and handovers.
• Delegate tasks to staff, monitor progress and ensure work is completed accurately and on time.
• Proactively resolve delays and maintain accurate property records, documentation and timelines.
• Maintain effective communication with internal teams and external stakeholders.
