Job summary

Amida in Cheltenham is seeking a Property Transaction Manager to take ownership of residential property transactions from sale to completion. This permanent Property Transaction Manager role with Amida in Cheltenham carries a salary of £35,000 to £40,000 dependent on experience. Working closely with the CEO and Head of Sales, the postholder takes ownership of residential transactions from agreed sale through to completion, ensuring each stage progresses smoothly while providing wider support to the sales team. This is a pivotal role within the business where the successful candidate will take ownership of residential property transactions from agreed sale through to completion, ensuring every stage of the process runs smoothly while delivering an exceptional experience for clients. Working alongside an experienced leadership team, you will become the central point of coordination for property transactions, liaising with buyers, sellers, solicitors, lenders and other stakeholders to keep matters moving forward.

Someone with experience within conveyancing, property law, sales progression or residential property would be highly beneficial, but this is not essential. What matters more is that you are a strong communicator who builds credibility quickly and who remains calm under pressure.
