Job summary

Amida is seeking a highly organized Property Transaction Manager in Cheltenham to take ownership of residential property transactions from agreed sale to completion. You will coordinate with buyers, sellers, solicitors and lenders, ensuring a smooth process and outstanding client experience.

You will work closely with the CEO and Head of Sales, supporting the sales team and driving process improvements. This office-based role offers stability within a growing property business and opportunities

Qualifications

• Exceptional organisation and ability to manage complex processes
• Strong communication and credibility under pressure
• Experience coordinating property transactions among buyers, sellers, solicitors, lenders
• Experience in conveyancing, property law, sales progression or residential property beneficial

Responsibilities

• Manage property transactions from agreed sale through to completion
• Liaise with solicitors, conveyancers, lenders and clients
• Monitor progress and identify delays or issues
• Keep all parties informed throughout the transaction
• Review documentation and ensure required actions are completed; coordinate exchanges and completions
• Maintain accurate records and transaction updates
• Continually look for ways to improve processes and efficiency
