Responsibilities

• Manage the full range of shared ownership matters, including purchases, sales, staircasing, and lease extensions.
• Provide itemised quotations, resolve issues proactively, and keep the process as smooth and stress-free as possible for clients.

Qualifications

• UK-qualified solicitor or licensed conveyancer with post-qualification experience in residential property.
• Experience with shared ownership transactions is key – from staircasing to lease extensions – and you’ll combine technical precision with empathy and excellent client care.
