  • Assisting fee earners with residential conveyancing matters
  • Supporting transactions including sales, purchases, re‑mortgages, and transfers of equity
  • Preparing conveyancing documentation and correspondence
  • Conducting property searches and reviewing title documents
  • Raising and responding to routine enquiries
  • Liaising with clients, estate agents, lenders, and third parties
  • Updating files and maintaining accurate records on the case management system
  • Ensuring compliance with firm procedures and regulatory requirements
