Dwelly, the AI operating system for residential lettings, is seeking a Property Manager for its Barnt Green office. You will own the day-to-day running of a dedicated residential portfolio, serving as the main contact between tenants, landlords and contractors to keep homes well maintained and compliant.

This is a 6-month fixed-term contract with view to extension, based in Barnt Green five days a week. Working hours are Monday–Friday, 9am–5:30pm.

Competenze

• 2–4 years of UK property management experience.
• Strong knowledge of UK lettings regulations and compliance.
• Clear, professional communication with customers; empathetic.
• Fast learner, comfortable with changing processes and tech.
• Resilient and organized to manage a busy workload.

Mansioni

• Be the main point of contact for your property portfolio.
• Maintain high service across maintenance, compliance, move-outs and inspections.
• Negotiate deposit deductions and refer disputes to TDS when needed.
• Resolve landlord, tenant and contractor issues quickly and professionally.
• Ensure portfolio compliance with UK safety standards.
• Collaborate with lettings and other departments to smooth move-out/in.
