Job summary

Dwelly Core Principles is seeking a proactive Property Manager to lead the daily operations of a residential portfolio in the UK. You will serve as the primary contact for tenants, contractors, and owners, ensuring homes are maintained to the highest standards.

You will collaborate with agency teams to maintain compliance, manage move-outs and inspections, and negotiate deposit deductions when needed. This role supports Dwelly's vision to transform the lettings industry in the UK.

Qualifications

• 2-3+ years of experience in operations or customer service.
• Excellent communication and customer service skills.
• Optional: Strong UK lettings regulations knowledge.
• Comfortable with technology adoption.
• Comfortable with ambiguity and rapid change.
• Highly resilient.

Responsibilities

• Consistently maintain a high level of service across the 4 key areas of Dwelly property management (maintenance, compliance, move-outs, inspections).
• Negotiate with Landlord and Tenant with regards to deposit deductions and referring to TDS, when necessary.
• Resolve landlord, tenant, contractor issues in a timely and professional manner.
• Ensure your portfolio is compliant to UK safety legislation and housing standards.
• Any other duties within your capabilities as requested by Management.
