Leveraging the Dwelly CRM, you will manage maintenance, compliance, move-outs and inspections while navigating UK safety rules. Attention to change and resilience are essential as Dwelly grows.

Qualifications

• 2–3+ years of experience in operations or customer service.
• Excellent communication and customer service skills.
• Optional: Strong UK lettings regulations knowledge.

Responsibilities

• Serve as the primary point of contact for a specified property portfolio.
• Adopt the Dwelly CRM as the primary platform for portfolio management.
• Maintain high quality service across maintenance, compliance, move-outs and inspections.
• Negotiate with landlords and tenants regarding deposits and referrals to TDS.
• Resolve landlord, tenant and contractor issues promptly and professionally.
• Ensure portfolio compliance with UK safety legislation and housing standards.
