Job summary

Dwelly, a fast-growing lettings platform, is seeking a Property Manager to run a residential portfolio in Barnt Green. You will be the main contact between tenants, landlords and contractors, and ensure properties are well maintained and compliant.

Based in our Barnt Green office five days a week, you will manage maintenance, compliance, move-outs and inspections, while collaborating with lettings and other teams to ensure smooth move-out to move-in processes.

Qualifications

• 2–4 years of UK property management experience.
• Strong knowledge of UK lettings regulations and compliance.
• Clear, professional communicator with customers.
• Comfortable with changing processes and systems.

Responsibilities

• Be the main point of contact for your property portfolio.
• Maintain service across maintenance, compliance, move-outs and inspections.
• Negotiate deposit deductions with landlords and tenants, refer disputes to TDS as needed.
• Resolve landlord, tenant and contractor issues quickly and professionally.
• Keep your portfolio compliant with UK safety legislation and housing standards.
• Coordinate with lettings and other departments to ensure smooth move-out to move-in.
