Responsibilities

• Serve as the primary point of contact for a specified property portfolio.
• Use the Dwelly CRM to manage portfolio activities.
• Maintain high service levels across maintenance, compliance, move-outs, and inspections.
• Negotiate with landlords and tenants regarding deposits and references to TDS.
• Resolve landlord, tenant, and contractor issues promptly and professionally.
• Ensure portfolio compliance with UK safety legislation and housing standards.
• Perform other duties as requested by management.

Position Summary

We are seeking a proactive and highly organized Property Manager to lead the daily operations of a dedicated residential portfolio. As a key point of contact between tenants, contractors, and owners, you will ensure every home is maintained to the highest standard.

Working closely with agency teams and managers, you will play an important role in enabling Dwelly’s vision to transform the lettings industry in the UK. This role requires an individual that is comfortable with frequent change, is highly resilient and has a proactive mindset.

Your Day-to-Day

• Serve as the primary point of contact for a specified property portfolio.
• Adopt the Dwelly CRM as the primary platform of facilitating portfolio management.
• Consistently maintain a high level of service across the 4 key areas of Dwelly property management (maintenance, compliance, move-outs, inspections).
• Negotiate with Landlord and Tenant with regards to deposit deductions and referring to TDS, when necessary.
• Resolve landlord, tenant, contractor issues in a timely and professional manner.
• Ensure your portfolio is compliant to UK safety legislation and housing standards.
• Any other duties within your capabilities as requested by Management.
