Job summary

Qualifications

2–3+ years of experience in operations or customer service.
Excellent communication and customer service skills.
Experience with UK lettings regulations is a plus.
Comfortable with technology adoption and new tools.

Responsibilities

Serve as the primary point of contact for a specified property portfolio.
Use the Dwelly CRM to manage portfolio activities.
Maintain high service levels across maintenance, compliance, move-outs, and inspections.
Negotiate with landlords and tenants regarding deposits and references to TDS.
Resolve landlord, tenant, and contractor issues promptly and professionally.
Ensure portfolio compliance with UK safety legislation and housing standards.
Perform other duties as requested by management.
