Job summary

Dwelly is hiring a Letting Negotiator to manage the day-to-day landlord relationships and run the Tenant Find journey from listing through screening to offer and move-in. You will also support property viewings and inventories as needed, split between Barnt Green and Redditch.

The role is full-time on a 6-month fixed-term contract with potential extension to a longer-term or permanent position, working Monday–Friday, 9am–5:30pm UK time.

Qualifications

• UK residential lettings experience, ideally with a letting negotiator focus.
• Strong communicator—clear, professional and confident with customers.
• Fast learner, comfortable with technology and changing processes.
• Organised and able to manage a busy workload with attention to detail.

Responsibilities

• Run the end-to-end tenant find journey from application to move-in.
• Build and manage strong landlord relationships, advising on tenants and negotiating price reductions.
• Deliver excellent customer service to landlords and tenants.
• Coordinate with property management and payments during move-out to move-in.
• Occasionally help with property viewings and inventories.
