Ballymore Group in London is recruiting a Post Room Operative to join Embassy Gardens. You will handle delivery/dispatch requests in person, by email, and by phone, adhering to SOPs and maintaining movement logs.

Responsibilities include Health & Safety for post room operations, securing the post room at all times, coordinating deliveries via the loading bay, and supporting concierge duties when required. Teamwork and customer service are essential.

Qualifications

• Residential post room experience advantageous (not essential).
• Positive, enthusiastic and customer-focused attitude.
• Ability to work on own initiative while contributing to a team.

Responsabilités

• Handle delivery and dispatch requests in person, by email, and by phone.
• Implement Health & Safety for post room operations.
• Keep the loading bay area clean, safe and secure at all times.
• Liaise with management on deliveries to and from the site.
• Cover concierge breaks when needed.
• Audit parcels monthly and build relations with courier companies.
