Job summary

You will respond to resident queries, uphold COSHH policies, and help with make-ready tasks. The role requires attention to detail and a flexible, proactive approach in a fast-paced environment.

Qualifications

• Must be able to read and write in English for safety labels and procedure manuals.
• Knowledge of UK health and safety requirements is essential.
• Familiar with safe use and maintenance of cleaning fluids and tools.

Responsibilities

• Maintain cleanliness of the community, reception, offices, and common areas.
• Respond to resident queries and signpost to the right contact when needed.
• Clean restrooms and amenity areas; perform daily litter pickups.
• Assist with make-ready tasks and report hazards to the Community Manager.
• Log maintenance issues with the Customer Service team as required.
• Keep cleaning supplies stock and optimize usage without compromising quality.
