Job summary

Greystar is seeking a dedicated Housekeeper to maintain overall cleanliness across the community, including external litter, all internal communal spaces, reception and office areas, and other amenities to enhance resident experience.

In this role you will work with a friendly Community team, respond to resident queries, keep common areas fresh, and support make-ready readiness to ensure market-ready appeal for show flats and empty rooms, while upholding health and safety standards.

Qualifications

• Experience maintaining cleanliness in a customer-occupied environment.
• Ability to follow health and safety policies and procedures.
• Strong attention to detail and quality standards.

Responsibilities

• Maintain cleanliness across the community, including external areas, reception, offices and common spaces.
• Respond to resident queries and signpost to appropriate colleagues as needed.
• Carry out daily litter picking of external areas and keep rooms/spaces market-ready.
• Assist with make-ready tasks and report hazards to Community Manager.
• Log maintenance issues and support ad hoc resident requests.
