Job summary

Greystar in Glasgow seeks a dedicated Cleaning role to maintain pristine communal areas and reception spaces, ensuring a welcoming environment for residents. You will work as part of a friendly team to keep all amenity spaces spotless and assist with make-ready tasks as needed.

Ideal candidates will show strong attention to detail, excellent customer service, and the ability to work autonomously in a busy property setting while adhering to COSHH and health & safety guidelines.

Qualifications

• Ability to read and write in English to a level that enables full understanding and compliance with product safety labels, COSHH policy, and procedure manuals
• Knowledge and understanding of UK health and safety requirements
• Knowledgeable and skilled in the safe use and maintenance of cleaning fluids and tools

Responsibilities

• Maintains cleanliness within the community by cleaning reception, offices, common spaces and restrooms
• Responds to resident queries and signposts to the appropriate person
• Performs daily litter-picks and makes rooms and show flats market-ready
• Logs maintenance issues with the Customer Service team and informs supervisor of hazards
• Keeps cleaning supplies stocked and uses materials efficiently without compromising quality
