Responsibilities

• Clean reception, offices, common spaces and restrooms.
• Carry out daily litter pick for external areas.
• Ensure rooms and show flats are market-ready and freshened.
• Log maintenance issues with Customer Service.
• Report hazards to Community Manager and team.
• Respond to resident queries and signpost to appropriate contacts.
