Greystar is seeking a diligent Housekeeper to maintain cleanliness across communal areas, offices, and show flats within a residential community. You will support residents' positive experience by ensuring high standards of cleanliness and responsiveness to queries.

The role requires good English, familiarity with UK health and safety rules, and experience in customer-facing environments. Flexibility and accuracy are essential to succeed in a dynamic team setting.

Formación

• Ability to read and write in English to understand safety labels and procedures.
• Knowledge of UK health and safety requirements.
• Experience maintaining cleanliness in a customer-occupied environment.
• Strong problem-solving skills and ability to follow standardised procedures.
• Autonomy and initiative in daily tasks.
• Flexibility and adaptability in a changing environment.

Responsabilidades

• Keep all communal spaces, reception, offices, and restrooms clean.
• Respond to resident queries and direct to the right person when needed.
• Daily cleaning of internal and external areas and maintenance of show flats.
• Monitor amenity areas and perform weekly health-and-safety checks.
• Assist in make-ready duties as required by Community Manager or supervisor.
• Report hazards to the Community Manager and log maintenance issues.
