A modern social welfare organization is seeking a Children and Young People Caseworker to support young victims of crime. In this role, you will build trusted relationships, manage a caseload, and offer tailored interventions. You will work closely with various agencies to assist young individuals in navigating the criminal justice system. The position emphasizes community engagement and collaborative service design, significantly impacting the lives of young people affected by crime.

As a Children and Young People Caseworker, you will support young victims of crime by building trusted relationships and offering practical, tailored interventions. You will work closely with other agencies to ensure robust referral pathways, guide young people to understand their rights, navigate the criminal justice system and regain control of their lives.
