Job summary

Witherslack Group is seeking a Residential Support Worker to help our young people regain childhoods, create pathways to positive futures and support daily routines in our Homes. You will assist with school readiness, homework and planning activities while ensuring a safe, caring environment.

The role offers an induction on our Care Academy, a generous salary with sleep-ins and attendance allowances, and holiday entitlement. We value diversity and inclusion across our teams.

Qualifications

• UK driving licence held for at least 12 months.

Responsibilities

• Take care of young people daily and ensure routines run smoothly.
• Support with school preparation, homework and activities planning.
• Evenings and weekends with activities and outings.
• Complete paperwork and support care academy training.
