Witherslack Group is seeking a Residential Support Worker to help create a safe, nurturing home for young people with complex needs. You’ll be a consistent presence, building trusting relationships and supporting each child’s development in a residential setting.

You’ll begin with four weeks at our Care Academy and may pursue the Level 3 Diploma in Residential Childcare if not already held. The role involves evenings, weekends and sleep-ins as part of a supportive team in a Ofsted-outstanding
