urbanbubble Ltd in Manchester is seeking a Resident Services Assistant to welcome residents, coordinate tenancy tasks and support the lettings team with a friendly, proactive approach.

You’ll manage tenancy checks, viewings, renewals, and resident communications, helping create a vibrant community while learning from a driven team. No two days are the same, with training provided and plenty of opportunities to grow.

Qualifications

• Proactive, positive and resilient attitude.
• Passion for customer service and problem solving.
• Experience in property management or lettings.
• Proficient with Word, Excel, Outlook and PM systems.
• Team player with a can-do attitude.

Responsibilities

• Arrange tenancy tasks, residency checks, payments and welcome packs.
• Manage tenancy renewals, extensions and rent discussions.
• Guide prospective residents through applications, viewings and closings.
• Support resident events and keep communications organized.
