Job summary

Property Management Recruitment Ltd is recruiting for a Resident Services Manager at a flagship Liverpool Build-to-Rent community. You will support daily operations, lead a team, and drive an outstanding resident experience from move-in to move-out.

Working closely with the General Manager, you will oversee leasing activity, contractor coordination and compliance, while contributing to continuous improvement and high building standards.

Qualifications

• Experience in Build-to-Rent (BTR) or PRS environments.
• Strong focus on resident experience delivery and service quality.
• Capable of coordinating contractors and resolving issues.
• Familiarity with health & safety and building operations.

Responsibilities

• Support day-to-day operation of a Build-to-Rent community.
• Lead and develop a team of Resident Services Associates.
• Deliver an exceptional resident experience from move-in to move-out.
• Oversee leasing activity, apartment turnarounds and retention.
• Manage resident queries, complaints and service recovery.
• Coordinate contractors and suppliers to maintain high standards.
• Support compliance, health & safety and audits.
• Assist with budgeting and operational performance tracking.
• Collaborate with the General Manager to drive improvements.
• Build strong relationships with residents, staff and stakeholders.
