urbanbubble Ltd is seeking a Community Host in Manchester to greet residents and visitors at the front desk, assist with enquiries, and coordinate move-ins within Trinity Way. You will support the resident journey, helping to deliver a high-quality living experience in a prestigious development.

You will maintain safety standards, handle correspondence, coordinate contractor access, and contribute to resident communications and events to foster a welcoming community.

We've partnered with Starlight to operate one of their standout developments, Trinity Way in Manchester, and we're now looking for Community Hosts to join our friendly team and act as the face of the development with residents and visitors, displaying professionalism and a genuine care for the property.

This development in Manchester is a 60-storey, 532-suite tower in the Castlefield conservation area on the bank of the River Irwell. Due to PC January 2027. The property will include a diverse mix of one-, two- and three-bedroom apartments plus top floor penthouses. Extensive high-quality amenities will include an indoor pool, co-working areas, a gym, resident lounges and an outdoor terrace.

Here's what you'll be doing:

Be the go-to person:

You’ll be the first point of contact for our residents at the front desk, over email or via phone. Whether it be a question about our amenities or a maintenance request, you’ll be on hand to help!

Key Duties

• Act as the face of the community, delivering a professional and welcoming service to residents and visitors.
• Maintain building safety and security through inspections and emergency procedures.
• Complete operational tasks to ensure compliance and support team KPIs.
• Support the resident journey to deliver an excellent living experience.

Leasing

• Respond to enquiries and support viewings and applications.
• Assist prospects through to move-in.
• Update listings and support marketing activity.
• Contribute to reporting and market insights.

Move-Ins / Renewals / Move-Outs

• Ensure applications meet compliance requirements.
• Prepare apartments and coordinate cleaning/maintenance.
• Deliver smooth move-in and move-out experiences.
• Support renewals and complete inventory reports.
• Manage end-of-tenancy checks, damages, and deposits.

Resident & Building Services

• Handle resident enquiries, complaints, and accounts.
• Log and manage maintenance requests.
• Maintain accurate records and data systems.
• Manage parcels, keys, bookings, parking, and utilities.
• Support resident events and communications.
• Coordinate contractors and services access.
• Conduct inspections and report issues.

Building Patrols & Safety

• Perform regular safety and maintenance checks.
• Monitor CCTV and control site access.
• Manage visitors and report concerns.
• Follow emergency and continuity procedures.

• Be at the heart of a thriving residential community and make a real difference to the resident experience.
• Deliver outstanding front-of-house service, ensuring every interaction is welcoming, professional and memorable.
• Help create a community where residents feel connected, supported and proud to call home.
• Support events and resident engagement activities that bring people together.
• Work closely with onsite teams to ensure the building runs smoothly and residents receive the best possible service.
