Unite Group is seeking a Student Safety Team Member to help create a welcoming, safe, and engaging environment for residents and visitors. You’ll be the friendly face of the building, supporting residents and handling enquiries to ensure smooth day-to-day operations.

This role focuses on check-ins, viewings, resolving issues and contributing to a vibrant student community. Experience in customer service or hospitality is ideal; teamwork and proactive communication are essential.

Qualifikationen

• Experience in a customer service, hospitality, retail or residential environment.
• Enjoy working with people and delivering great customer experiences.
• Strong communication and problem-solving skills.
• Be proactive, organised and comfortable in a busy environment.
• Confident handling enquiries, complaints and resident requests.

Aufgaben

• Provide friendly, face-to-face customer service to residents and visitors, responding to enquiries and resolving issues.
• Support the full resident journey, including check-ins, check-outs and day-to-day resident support.
• Deliver property viewings and support bookings, helping drive occupancy and retention.
• Support resident engagement activities, helping create a welcoming and vibrant community.
• Record enquiries, cases and issues accurately within internal systems.
