Job summary

Caring Homes Group Ltd in Liss is seeking a Customer Relationship Manager for Blenheim Court. You will develop tailored sales and marketing plans to attract prospective residents and their families, working closely with the Home Manager to maximise occupancy and deliver high-quality care.

Qualifications

• Empathy and a genuine desire to make a difference.
• Proven experience in business development, sales, or a similar role.
• Experience in healthcare is preferred but not essential.
• Excellent interpersonal and communication skills; able to build strong relationships.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office and CRM software.
• Passion for working with the elderly and improving quality of life.

Responsibilities

• Collaborate closely with the Home Manager to develop tailored sales and marketing plans that resonate with potential residents, their families, and social care professionals.
• Drive occupancy in our Homes by planning and executing external events and creating marketing materials and social media content.
