Job summary

Sustainable Building Services is seeking a Tenant Liaison Officer in the Nottingham area. You will manage the resident journey, provide pre/during/post-work support, and coordinate access for housing retrofit projects to improve energy efficiency and living conditions.

The role requires at least 1 year of customer-facing work in construction, a full UK driving licence, GCSEs or higher, and strong communication skills. A competitive package includes pension enhancements and staff benefits.

Qualifications

• Minimum 1 year in a customer-facing role within the construction industry.

Responsibilities

• Provide consultation and support to residents prior to, during and after works to ensure high levels of customer satisfaction.
• Identify vulnerable tenants and any additional needs they might require.
• Ensure all resident data is kept safe and secure in line with GDPR policies.
• Ensure problems are dealt with promptly.
• Manage the customer/resident journey following client and company engagement procedures.
• Develop effective working relationships with residents, clients, sub-contractors, site personnel, local stakeholders and the Customer Care department.
• Carry out consultation events and individual resident consultations regarding future work.
• Book appointments and arrange access for works at residents' homes.
• Set up communication packs for new contracts.
• Participate in Social Value Returns and community-based events.
