• Experience as a Site Manager with a strong track record in planned maintenance and refurbishment.

• Ability to effectively manage subcontractors and ensure compliance with all processes and requirements.
• Confident, self‑motivated and proud of delivering work to the highest standards.

Responsabilités

• Manage refurbishment programmes within the social housing sector, planning and coordinating works from start to finish.
• Identify key information to develop effective programmes, ensuring delivery remains on track.
• Take ownership of site operations, maintaining accurate records and monitoring progress.
• Work closely with residents, colleagues and the supply chain for safe and efficient delivery.
