You’ll manage enquiries, navigate the sales pipeline, and nurture relationships with care influences to maximise occupancy and resident satisfaction.

Qualifications

• Have a full UK and clean driving license
• Be able to negotiate with skill and expertise
• Possess effective interpersonal skills and professional telephone manner
• Be able to prioritise your own workload
• Ideally have a background in a previous sales position

Responsibilities

• Managing the sales and marketing processes in the home to meet budget targets
• Ensuring targets and deadlines are met and brand standards are upheld
• Answering general sales and marketing enquiries from colleagues and customers
• Managing and updating the pipeline of potential residents to maximise revenue
• Developing new contacts and maintaining regular contact with key care influences
