Job summary

Morgan Sindall Property Services Limited is recruiting two Resident Liaison Officers for the Basildon Planned team, based at Basildon, SS14 3RF. You will be the main contact for residents, project stakeholders and the construction team, delivering excellent liaison and administrative support across sites.

Ideal candidates will have experience with a main contractor in social housing, strong communication skills, and IT proficiency.

Qualifications

• Experience with a main contractor as a Resident Liaison Officer, ideally within social housing environment.
• Ability to establish and maintain effective customer relationships with residents from diverse backgrounds.
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills; IT literate.

Job description

We are looking to recruit two Resident Liaison Officers to join our Basildon Planned team based from our office at Basildon, SS14 3RF.

About the Role

As our Resident Liaison Officer, you will serve as the primary point of contact between residents, project stakeholders, and the construction team. The successful candidate will be responsible for fostering positive relationships with residents, addressing their concerns, and ensuring that their needs are met.

Working to deliver the best quality service, you’ll be responsible for a first-class liaison and administrative support to our project team in a professional and efficient manner.

About You

Candidates will have experience with a main contractor as a Resident Liaison Officer, ideally within social housing environment, coupled with the ability to establish and maintain effective customer relationships with residents from diverse backgrounds. Well organised and empathetic, you’ll have excellent verbal and written communication skills and will be IT literate. Experience with the EasyBOP system would be beneficial but are by no means essential.

The successful candidate will have an interest in energy efficiency and retrofit works. You will also have experience working with trackers, excel and mail merge as well as a professional telephone manner.

You must live within reasonable distance and hold a clean full UK driving licence for a minimum of 12 months and be willing to travel from property to property.
