Morgan Sindall Property Services Limited is recruiting two Resident Liaison Officers for the Basildon Planned team, based at Basildon, SS14 3RF. You will be the main contact for residents, project stakeholders and the construction team, delivering excellent liaison and administrative support across sites.

Ideal candidates will have experience with a main contractor in social housing, strong communication skills, and IT proficiency.

Qualifications

• Experience with a main contractor as a Resident Liaison Officer, ideally within social housing environment.
• Ability to establish and maintain effective customer relationships with residents from diverse backgrounds.
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills; IT literate.

Responsibilities

• Serve as the primary point of contact between residents, project stakeholders, and the construction team.
• Provide first-class liaison and administrative support to the project team.
• Ensure residents' needs are met and concerns addressed in a professional manner.
