Morgan Sindall Property Services is recruiting a Senior Partnership Manager for our Westminster contract. You will lead day-to-day project activity, ensure delivery within time, cost and budget constraints, and support the Regional Director with annual plans.

The role involves managing a sizeable field team and reporting monthly to the Regional Director. The ideal candidate brings exceptional leadership, strong HSE knowledge (IOSH/SMSTS), and experience in social housing maintenance programs,

Qualifications

• Exceptional leadership to lead and motivate multi-disciplinary teams at senior level.
• Strong track record delivering projects safely with knowledge of health and safety legislation (IOSH/SMSTS).
• Knowledge of responsive, kitchen & bathroom, disrepairs, FRA, cyclical, voids and planned maintenance services.

Responsabilités

• Lead day-to-day project activity in line with MSPS governance standards.
• Support Regional Director in achieving annual plans.
• Manage reactive maintenance with a leading social housing provider.
• Oversee delivery of multiple works elements within time and budget constraints.
• Budget circa £5-10m with potential to grow by unlocking opportunities.
• Report financial budget performance to Regional Director.
• Oversee ~100 field operatives, back office and site management staff.
• Provide monthly internal reports to Regional Director.
• Drive KPI performance and customer satisfaction.
• Maintain health, safety and environmental standards.
• Communicate effectively with stakeholders at various levels.
• Office-based role at Maida Vale; no hybrid working.

We are looking to recruit a Senior Partnership Manager, to join our Westminster (Gas, Retrofit, Regen & other Hub duties) Contract, based out of our office at Maida Vale, W9 2AR.

About the Role

As our Senior Partnership Manager, you will lead the day-to-day activity of the project in accordance with MSPS best practice and governance standards, ensuring that all business objectives are met within overall time, cost and budget constraints. You will support the Regional Director in the achievement and delivery of the annual plans.

• Branch responsibility of reactive maintenance with leading social housing provider.
• Operational responsibility for delivery of multiple works elements, ensuring business and client objectives are met.
• Circa £5-10m budget with opportunity and requirement to help this grow further by unlocking opportunities.
• Financial budget responsibility reporting into Regional Director.
• Overall management responsibility of a team of approx. 100 plus field operatives, back office, and site management employees.
• Monthly internal reporting responsibility to Regional Director.
• Driving KPI performance, to exceed target where possible.
• Passionate about service delivery and customer satisfaction.
• Organised, with good Health, Safety and Environmental knowledge.
• Good inter-personal skills e.g. ability to communicate with different stakeholders at different levels.
• No hybrid working, must be able to work from main office located at Maida Vale.

About You

The desirable person would be able to demonstrate the ability and experience including.

• Exceptional leadership skills to lead and motivate a range of teams to deliver an excellent customer service. Able demonstrate managing large teams with multiple disciplines at a senior level.
• Track record of delivering projects safely and strong knowledge of health and safety legislation and working practices. Health and safety credentials including but not limited to IOSH, SMSTS
• You will have knowledge of responsive, kitchen & bathroom, disrepairs, FRA, cyclical, voids and planned maintenance services and industry best practices.
• You will be able to manage conflicting and competing priorities effectively.
• A strong understanding of profit and loss accounting as well as budget management, through effective cost control and driving value.
• Experience in sector (social housing).
• Customer care / centric approach.
