Job summary

Lovell, a leading housing developer, is seeking an experienced Site Manager for refurbishment and renovation projects in Leicester. The role is full-time on-site, 40 hours per week, FTC until 31 March 2027, with a competitive salary and car/allowance package.

You will lead operational delivery, manage site teams, oversee subcontractors, drive productivity, and ensure work is completed safely, to high standards, and in line with building regulations.

Are you an experienced Site Manager with a passion for delivering high-quality refurbishment and renovation projects?

We're looking for a driven and customer-focused professional to lead operational delivery, manage site teams, and ensure projects are completed safely, efficiently, and to the highest standards.

As a key member of the team, you'll oversee subcontractors and direct labour, drive productivity, maintain exceptional health and safety standards, and build strong relationships with clients, residents, and stakeholders. You'll play a vital role in quality control, programme management, defect resolution, and continuous improvement across your projects.

We're seeking a proactive leader with strong refurbishment knowledge, excellent communication skills, and a commitment to delivering outstanding customer service. A solid understanding of building regulations, health and safety requirements, and site management best practice is essential.
