In this rewarding role, you'll guide residents through refurbishment works, providing outstanding communication, support, and reassurance at every stage of their journey. You'll organise resident engagement activities, manage customer enquiries, resolve concerns, and help achieve industry-leading satisfaction levels.
We're seeking a confident communicator with strong organisational skills, customer care experience, and a passion for building positive relationships. Knowledge of housing refurbishment, CRM systems, and Microsoft Office applications would be advantageous.
