• Ensure HSE&Q standards and company policies are implemented and adhered to.
• Monitor the induction of employees and ensure compliance.
• Lead the planning and implementation of the resident liaison strategy.
• Establish and maintain key strategic relationships with stakeholders.
• Support the Contracts Managers in driving CSR activities.
• Manage all people responsibilities and performance reviews.
• Market the business with existing and new clients.

Kenntnisse

Strong written and verbal communication skills

Excellent presentation skills

Proficient in Microsoft Office packages

Project management experience

Line management experience

Proven ability to manage conflict resolution

Appropriate CSCS card

Full Driving Licence

Previous experience in a customer-facing role
