Job summary

United Infrastructure Ltd seeks a Resident Liaison Officer to be the visible point of contact for residents during infrastructure works. You will communicate updates, attend newsletters, meetings, visits and open days, ensuring residents understand the works and timelines.

You will coordinate handover of keys to site teams, deliver high-quality customer aftercare, and manage expectations between residents, the client and operations teams, supporting safe, efficient project delivery.

Qualifications

• Natural communicator with ability to handle difficult situations.
• Experience in contractor or client-side resident liaison / community engagement preferred.

Responsibilities

• Engage with residents through newsletters, meetings, visits and open days to keep them informed about works.
• Coordinate handover of keys to site teams and provide high-quality customer aftercare.
• Manage expectations between residents, the client and operations teams to ensure satisfactory completion of works.
