We have an exciting opportunity for an Assistant Housing Officer with Wales & West Housing Association to join our Housing team in North Wales. The role involves delivering housing services that matter to residents, managing casework, and supporting colleagues across departments to ensure smooth service delivery.

You will record information accurately, refer residents for support, and use our Dynamics housing system to track actions.

Responsibilities

• Cover duties when Housing Officers are away due to sickness, holidays or training to ensure housing services continue smoothly.
